Thank you for shopping with us! We strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have a refund and return policy in place.

For toys:

As each rabbit has a unique character, their interaction with toys can also vary. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that your rabbit will play with our toy. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

For services:

The costs involved are considered energy exchanges. Therefore, we would like to bring to your attention that our healing services are non-refundable. Do contact us if you have any concerns.

Refunds & Returns

Only applicable to tangible items.

Refunds and returns are only accepted within 15 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a refund or return, the product(s) must be damaged upon receipt. We require photo proof of the damage as evidence. Please send us an email with photos of the damaged product(s) attached, along with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue. We will review the request and notify you of the next steps. Damaged products are not required to be returned.

If your refund or return request is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to process.

Please note that we do not accept refunds or returns for products that have been used or damaged due to improper handling or misuse.

Shipping returns

The responsibility for the shipping costs of returning your item lies with you and these costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
